SHIPPING

Ships within 7 business days. Every piece is made to order with care, so kindly allow us some time to prepare it just for you.

We ship from the United States and currently only deliver within the U.S.—but we’re working on expanding worldwide.

Buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot issue refunds or replacements once an order has been marked as delivered. Please note that after your package is handed over to the postal service, it is beyond our control.

We’re so sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can help make it right.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please note that reshipping will require repayment of the shipping fees. To avoid delays, kindly double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We will reconfirm your address with you before reshipping to ensure it does not get returned a second time.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns due to sanitary and safety precautions. However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist and find a solution.

ORDER

All sales are final once they are placed/processed in our system. This occurs immediately after you submit your order with us. We do not issue any sort of cancellation. Order errors can be corrected on our end if you contact us in time before the order is mailed out. See info below to learn more about incorrect information inputs.

If you notice you put in the wrong select or shipping address before your order has been mailed, please contact us right away so we can make corrections. If you do not contact us in time, there is nothing we can do to prevent the order from being delivered because the package is no longer in our possession. You will have to contact us for an exchange upon receiving your package. Customer will be responsible for covering postage costs there and back however. In some circumstances where the package is unable to forward to recipient for whatever reason (invalid destination, recipient moved locations, etc.), the USPS will usually return the package to us. Please contact us if you tracking information states "returned to sender" and we can resend it - reshipment fee is to be covered by buyer/recipient. We are not obligated to refund you for previous shipping cost if you refuse to pay reshipment fee. If your package is returned to us, you will need to reach out to us yourself for reshipment.

Need your order quickly for a special occasion? Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Our “Rush My Order” service ensures your item ships within 24 hours, with shipping upgraded to Priority Mail. You can find more details in the “Rush My Order” listing in our Add-On section.

Currently, all of our items are handmade and not mass-produced. I’ve decided to put wholesale availability on hold, but please feel free to reach out if you’re interested—we’d be happy to discuss it!

Not at the moment! We don’t sell in person or attend market fairs right now.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer in-person pickup at this time. All of our products are sold online and shipped via mail.

ABOUT OUR JEWELRY

Earring length is marked in the picture (measured from top to bottom, including ear hooks or ear hoops).

Our jewelry is crafted from nickel-free metals, with delicate chains and charms finished in 14k or 18k gold plating. We use 18k gold-plated 925 sterling silver for our earring hooks and studs, and 14k gold-plated brass for our earring posts.

Yes! We offer 316L stainless steel options for customers with sensitive skin. You can find the "Earring Change" service in our ADD-ON section—simply add it to your cart at checkout.

Yes! We offer clip-on options for customers without pierced ears. You can find the "Earring Change" service in our ADD-ON section—Simply add it to your cart at checkout.

Yes! All earrings come in pair. "1 quantity" equals one pair.

Yes! We offer gift wrapping service. You can find the "Gift Wrapping" service in our ADD-ON section—Simply add it to your cart at checkout.

byYeeSo does not take custom design orders, meaning you cannot request changes to colors, length, beads, or other design elements on existing products. Everything you see on my page is sold as is. 

Unfortunately, we do not sell single earrings at this time. All of our earrings are currently sold as pairs. If you select a quantity of 1, you will receive one pair.

Don't dull your sparkle. Here's how to keep your jewelry looking shiny and new. Avoid contact with water (remove your jewelry when showering or swimming) and cosmetic products such as perfume, hairspray, soap or lotion. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or box, and keep it in a cool, dry space. Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft cloth.
